Quick Quack Car Wash

When I still had a car, I thoroughly enjoyed the spot-on service here—from the friendly staff to the technologically advanced drive-through car wash. Unfortunately, my financial institution didn't give a darn about my recent surgery or the ensuing medical debt, and they repossessed my car. Now, I get to enjoy paying $20 one-way rideshares to my life-saving appointments instead. Hopefully, I'll be able to score a reliable lemon someday soon so I can reactivate my membership!

My experience at Quick Quack has always been great. I never have any complaints about my car being washed there and they always do a great job. Recently took my car in before I moved and she looked great for my trip across several states.

Russel and his team were amazing today! Due to a malfunction with the car wash (that was none of their faults) my tire popped and I got stuck in the wash. They all helped me get out and assess the damages. The manager Russel offered to replace my tire! After filling out an incident report he took my tire off for me, drove me to the nearest discount tire, payed to have it replaced, drove me back, and reinstalled it. It was over 100 degrees outside today, and he was already off but stayed to help. The other employees offered me water, a popsicle, and let me wait in the break room since it was so hot. There is a reason I always go to Soncys location and will continue to go! What a great a staff and amazing management! Thank you all so much for your help today! Y’all were amazing!!!

Went today to get a wash today and price is not bad for a quick rinse. They do wipe down the windows and fix your mirrors after the blow dry. Vacuums weren’t bad and they do provide microfiber towels for you to use. That being said when my wife and I were drying off the car we saw that there were scratches on the hood that were not there before. We notified the assistant manager and he went ahead and did an incident report. He walked us through the process and took pictures of the scratches. We reported it at 12:30 and at 1pm we got the confirmation email with our claim number. They said that the manager was out today and tomorrow and a normal response would take 3 business days from when the manager gets back. So Friday we are expecting a response. For the pictures the first 4 were taken at the car wash. The next 4 were taken back at our place with some better lighting. The last photo is the most recent one of our car before the car wash for reference. There are a lot of negative reviews about them not fixing damages to other customers cars. If they reach out and are able to assist or if they get back saying that the damages were not from them then I will update this review. Le
